Engraved objects should be designed in black (100% K).
Cutting lines should be drawn as a hairline in magenta (100%).
In CorelDRAW, disable the Color Management option (Tools menu).
Engraved objects can be designed as:
Vector graphics with fill.
Black and white bitmaps with a recommended resolution of 300 dpi.
Do not use shades of gray. The gray effect can be achieved by adjusting the degree of black fill.
Lines and Holes
Minimum thickness of engraved lines: 0.2 mm.
Plate outline: rectangle with a hairline in magenta (100%).
Cut holes: circles of the desired diameter with a hairline in magenta (100%).
Optional placement of drilled holes (for anodized, blackened, and graved aluminum): circles with a diameter of 2 mm in red (100% M + 100% Y).
Texts
All texts must be converted to curves.
The smallest recommended text size: 4 points.
Additional Notes
Avoid engraving large areas. They may lead to bands of different shades.
Overly complex designs or non-optimal files may extend machine working time. In such cases, we reserve the right to change the price. The client will be informed before the order is processed.
Working Area
The maximum working area is a circle with a diameter of 30 cm.
The project size must not exceed this area.
