Technical Specifications of Presentation Folders

Materials

  • Single-sided coated cardboard 250 g/m²
  • Double-sided coated chalk 350 g/m²

Printing

  • Offset on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52 machine
  • CMYK printing, single-sided or double-sided

Enhancements

  • Lamination (matte, glossy, soft touch)
  • Selective UV varnishing
  • Embossing on a 100 x 200 mm area
  • Liquid metal: Liquid Gold / Liquid Silver

Types of Folders

  • Folder with 1 mm spine (holds approximately 10 sheets of A4 90g/m² offset paper)
  • Folder with 5 mm spine (holds approximately 50 sheets of A4 90g/m² offset paper).
    5mm folders have an optional top flap for self-adhesion by the Client. It is die-cut and sent only if included in the design or at the Client's request (information in the notes).

Notes

  • When laminating dark designs, white discolorations up to 0.3 mm may occur on the edges.
  • Folders are delivered unassembled, requiring careful first assembly.

Folder Packaging

  • Flat, for self-assembly
  • Due to the large volume of packed products and the limitation of the number of folders in one package, orders are billed based on a weight equivalent instead of actual weight, to accurately calculate transport costs.
