CD and DVD discs are still a valued data medium, ideal for companies and clients seeking a personalized solution. We offer professional UV printing on the Arizona 360 GT machine, which ensures durability, water and UV resistance, and an aesthetic appearance.
We print the front side of the discs with UV inks on the Arizona 350 printer in CMYK. We deliver discs both blank, ready for recording, and with client data recorded (after providing the data file).
Cardboard and Plastic Packaging
We offer cardboard packaging with optional lamination and classic plastic cases (standard and slim). All can be complemented with sleeves and booklets, enhancing their aesthetics.
Comprehensive Service

For this product, it is required to prepare one to three designs, depending on the selected parameters – these can be designs for the disc, materials for the cover, booklet, or envelope.
Preparing a file for printing on a CD/DVD disc
Usage format
Print size: a circle with a diameter of Ø119.5 mm with an unprinted inner area of Ø20.5 mm
Design format
Design size: 120 mm x 120 mm (square).
Place the usage (circle) centrally in the design with a transparent background.
NOTE: The design must not have a white background outside the usage – the background must be transparent.
Preparing a file for printing an envelope/package
Usage formats
Finished usage size (after folding): 126 mm x 128 mm (see template).
Design format:
For an envelope for 1 disc: 256 mm x 131 mm.
For an envelope for 2 discs: 473 mm x 133 mm.

CD booklet: 121 mm x 121 mm.
