Possible slight scratches on the recording side, not affecting playback

For this product, it is required to prepare one to three designs, depending on the selected parameters – these can be designs for the disc, materials for the cover, booklet, or envelope.

Preparing a file for printing on a CD/DVD disc

Usage format

• Print size: a circle with a diameter of Ø119.5 mm with an unprinted inner area of Ø20.5 mm 

Design format

• Design size: 120 mm x 120 mm (square).
• Place the usage (circle) centrally in the design with a transparent background.
• NOTE: The design must not have a white background outside the usage – the background must be transparent.

Preparing a file for printing an envelope/package

Usage formats

• Finished usage size (after folding): 126 mm x 128 mm (see template).
• Design format:
  • For an envelope for 1 disc: 256 mm x 131 mm.
  • For an envelope for 2 discs: 473 mm x 133 mm.

Preparing a file for printing printed materials (inserts, booklets)

Usage formats

• CD booklet: 121 mm x 121 mm.
• DVD booklet: 185 mm x 125 mm.
• CD back cover (insert): 118 mm x 152 mm.
• CD front cover (insert): 121 mm x 121 mm.
• DVD slim cover (7 mm): 267 mm x 183 mm.
• DVD standard cover (14 mm): 273 mm x 183 mm.

We provide data burning services on discs. You can deliver the data in one of two forms:

1. CD/DVD “master” disc, sent by mail or courier.
2. Disc image file in ISO format, uploaded to our FTP account:
