New plastic card printing technology – Standard with bleed + new Premium line!

We have introduced a major update to our plastic card offer.

• The existing white, transparent and semi-transparent cards have gained a new production technology – from now on, we print them with bleed without any loss of quality on the edges. These versions are marked as Standard.
• At the same time, we are introducing a completely new line of Premium cards, made of thicker and stiffer material with perfectly smooth edges.
• Within the Premium line, we are also launching an absolute novelty in our offer – black core-dyed cards, which look exceptionally elegant, with no white edges after cutting.

A new version of our website

While working on the new version of the website, we made every effort to ensure that key functionalities – such as calculators – remained fully functional and unchanged.

We introduced several important improvements:

• We simplified the menu navigation while keeping the existing category structure and the order you’re familiar with.
• We changed the file upload method – now you can attach multiple files to one order without grouping them into an archive (we’ve removed the option to upload compressed files).
• We removed the ability to increase the number of modules in the cart. Instead, we added an order duplication feature .
• We added the option to upload corrected files directly through the website.
• We reorganized the help system. Now all shared guidelines are available in one place, and under each calculator we only show information relevant to the selected product.

Digital Offset Competitor

Another addition to our ranks is the RICOH Pro™ C9210, the flagship digital sheet-fed machine. The innovative printing technology applied to this machine translates into best-in-class resolution of 2400/4800 dpi, allowing for high-quality prints comparable to those obtained in offset printing. Hence, offset printing may feel threatened ;-) And that's not the only advantage of our RICOH... The RICOH Pro™ C9210 handles a wide range of media, from smooth to textured, up to a weight of 470g/m2. By investing in this energy-efficient machine, we also hope to minimize the impact of energy price increases on printing costs.

New large format printing calculator.

Listening to our customers' needs, we have modified the large format calculator. There is no need to select a technology. The calculator selects the optimal technology for the chosen material. Thanks to the capabilities of our latest Canon Colorado 1650 machine, we have added the option to choose the type of matte/gloss printing for materials such as: self-adhesive foil, backlite, block out. We also added services of sticking on KATZ cardboard.

Canon Arizona 135 GT

The award-winning Arizona 135 GT flatbed printer has joined our large format machine park. Thanks to VariaDot technology and LED UV light curing, we can create durable, defect-free products on various media, in excellent quality. Thanks to the energy-saving curing technology, the plotter is also more environmentally friendly.
