The maximum and minimum dimensions of the plates result from the commercial dimensions of the materials, the working area of the machines, and the ability to hold the material during processing.

By bending the edge of Tubond, the cutting line becomes invisible, creating the effect of a thick, uniform aluminum plate with an edge in the color of the face. Engraving on the bent edge is also possible.

Badge clips are a practical and convenient solution for attaching badges, nameplates, and pins. Depending on the needs, you can choose a traditional self-adhesive pin or a convenient magnetic clip that does not damage clothing.

The client receives a finished product - with clips attached to the plates/badges.
It is possible to order caps for masking screws. The cap consists of a plastic washer under the screw and a matching cover:

Absolutely do not place printed objects near the bending line due to print cracking. The minimum distance is 3 mm from the bending line. This note does not apply to engraved plates.
