The sleeve is made of double-sided coated paper 250 g/m², with CMYK color printing, enhanced/protected with a matte or gloss laminate. Minimum box dimensions: height: min. 40 mm (height measured perpendicular to the opening plane). Maximum box dimensions: limited by the sheet size of 1250 x 1050 mm or double sheet 484 x 322 mm (a 2 mm bleed is required for the sleeve).
Cardboard boxes
Material: Single-sided coated cardboard 250 g/m² (recommended for small boxes). Print: CMYK color print made on the coated side, according to the customer's design. Minimum box dimensions: height: 15 mm, Width: 50 mm Depth: 30 mm Maximum box dimensions: Limited by the printing sheet size of 322 x 484 mm
Automatic box layout generation
Box layouts are generated automatically based onthree internal dimensions (h - height, a - width, b - depth) provided in the calculation-order form. These dimensions determine the final internal dimensions of the box. After entering this data, the form returns a PDF file with the box layout to the customer. To ensure proper fit of the box to the product, we recommend adding about 2 mm of clearance inside the packaging.

How to Prepare Files for Short-Run Packaging Printing
Project Sizes
Prepare the design according to the layout with +2mm bleed on each side. The layout will be generated automatically after entering the dimensions (a,b,h) and other parameters defining the product into the calculator. The template serves as a pattern for designing and cutting.
In the case of a box with printing on one-sided coated cardboard (250 g/m2)
attach a two-page pdf file to the order: 1. the first page with the design, 2. the second page with the template.
remove the template from the design page so it is not printed.
leave the registration marks on both pages (design and template).
In the case of a cardboard box with a sleeve,
attach a three-page pdf file to the order: - the first page with the design, - the second page with the sleeve template, - the third page with the box cutting template
remove the template from the design page so it is not printed.
leave the registration marks on all pages (design, sleeve, and template).
