Cards printed on matte HIPS material, with a thickness of 0.75 mm (comparable to a credit card).
The standard appearance and abrasion resistance make them ideal as discount cards, loyalty cards, or corporate business cards.
White Premium Cards
Glossy, with a thickness of 0.75 mm (comparable to a credit card).
The finished cards are distinguished by elegance and greater rigidity compared to standard cards printed on HIPS.
Black Premium Cards
Finished black cards, mass-colored, glossy, with a thickness of 0.75 mm.
Black cards are more tasteful than white cards with a black background print.
Semi-transparent Standard Cards
Made from colorless PP AXPRINT material with a delicate texture, with a thickness of 0.8 mm.
The unique, semi-transparent character perfectly distinguishes your brand.
Semi-transparent Premium Cards
Finished transparent cards with a thickness of 0.75 mm, laminated on both sides with matte laminate.
The cards are characterized by elegance and greater rigidity compared to standard cards.
Transparent Premium Cards
Finished transparent cards with a thickness of 0.75 mm, laminated on both sides with glossy laminate.
The cards are characterized by elegance and greater thickness and rigidity compared to standard cards.

Printing on proximity cards supplied by the Client (excluding memory cards).

Premium white cards: ready-made glossy cards, thickness 0.75 mm.
Standard white cards: white matte HIPS material, thickness 0.75 mm.
Premium black cards: ready-made black cards dyed in mass, glossy, thickness 0.75 mm.
Premium semi-transparent cards: ready-made transparent cards with double-sided matte laminate, thickness 0.75 mm.
Standard semi-transparent cards: PP AXPRINT G02 material, semi-transparent with frosted glass texture, thickness 0.8 mm.
Premium transparent cards: ready-made transparent cards with double-sided glossy laminate, thickness 0.75 mm.

Card printing
Technology: UV printing on Mimaki UJF-7151 plus plotter.
Double-sided printing - white, black, and supplied cards.
Single-sided printing - semi-transparent and transparent cards.

White + CMYK overprint (on semi-transparent, transparent, and black cards).
Finishing (only for white cards)
Selective varnish on one side (front).

Place an order via the calculator on the website.
Send blank cards to the address: D&D Sp. z o.o., Mimaki UV, ul. Kłodnicka 9, 44-100 Gliwice.
Cards must be unpacked and arranged in the same orientation (applies to marked cards).
Cards packed in individual packaging (single pieces) will be returned unprinted, or an additional fee will be charged for unpacking or arranging.

How to prepare files for printing Plastic Cards with UV printing
Preparing the work
Due to the new printing technology, all cards can be printed with bleed.
You can find the remaining rules for proper file preparation in the Help section.
Project sizes
Prepare the project in the size of 89x58 mm (2mm bleed on each side), or download the template from the panel next to the calculation.
Projects prepared in a vertical orientation cannot be rotated - prepare the project in the size of 58x89 mm.
In the case of cards with selective varnish, the varnish mask should be on the last page of the PDF file.
