Technical parameters of triangular boxes
Box construction
Non-glue construction. The box is closed with two triangular flaps on the sides and a rectangular flap with a tongue. When assembled, it takes the form of a stable triangular prism in a horizontal arrangement. To reinforce the closure, the side walls can be additionally glued (independently).
Materials
Single-sided coated papers GC1
Double-sided coated paper
Decorative papers
Materials available in calculators are selected for the product to optimize its quality and functionality.
Printing
Available single-sided (4/0) and double-sided (4/4) CMYK printing.
Printing technology
The calculator supports two types of printing technology: digital printing on the Ricoh Pro C9210 machine and offset printing on the Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-4 Anicolor. Both technologies ensure high printing precision, and the calculator itself allows comparison of both technologies in terms of available enhancement and finishing options. This allows the user to match the technology to the specifics of the order, taking into account the requirements for print run and type of finish.
Enhancements
Lamination: matte, glossy, Soft-Touch
Varnishing: selective UV varnish, 3D varnish
Metallic finishes: Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver
Personalization
There is also the possibility of personalizing the print with variable data.
Cutting options
Plotter cutting – for low quantities for short and medium series (without repetitions), test batch or prototype.
Die-cutting – for medium (with repetitions) and high quantities, ensuring fast and economical production of a larger number of copies.
Delivery
Triangular boxes are delivered flat.
Recommendations/notes
- We recommend laminating prints on coated papers due to the possibility of cracking on creases.
- Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm.
