They are only used to assess whether the box folds correctly, has the appropriate rigidity, and whether the design is properly aligned with the die-cut. Our boxes are an economical and convenient solution with the possibility of ordering from a few pieces to several tens of thousands of pieces.  

We offer cardboard boxes with print, produced on GC1 cartons and on decorative papers with a weight of 200–400 g/m². These are lightweight materials, mostly smooth and excellent for printing, ideal for small and medium packaging. Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm. If dimensions are too large or too small, the calculator will inform you.

Box construction

Glued construction with one side. The box is closed by folding polygonal flaps on both sides, which, when folded, create a characteristic convex shape. The simple form ensures quick folding and stable closure.

Available single-sided (4/0) and double-sided (4/4) CMYK printing.

Printing technology

The calculator supports two types of printing technologies: digital printing on Ricoh Pro C9210 and offset printing on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-4 Anicolor. Both technologies ensure high printing precision, and the calculator allows comparison of both technologies in terms of available enhancement and finishing options. This enables the user to match the technology to the specifics of the order, taking into account the requirements for quantity and type of finish.

Varnishing: selective UV varnish, 3D varnish

Metallic finishes: Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver

Personalization

There is also the possibility of personalizing the print with variable data.

Cutting options

Plotter cutting – for low quantities for short and medium series (without repetitions), test batch or prototype.

Die-cutting – for medium (with repetitions) and high quantities, ensuring fast and economical production of a larger number of copies.

Delivery

Pillow-type boxes are delivered flat, glued on one side. 

Recommendations/notes

  • We recommend laminating prints on coated papers due to the possibility of cracking on creases.
