Prototypes are printed using digital technology and are not intended for color approval. They are only used to assess whether the box folds correctly, has the appropriate rigidity, and whether the design is properly aligned with the die-cut. A functional box with a hanger is a practical solution for display at sales points. It allows for aesthetically pleasing packaging of small products, and the hanger with a euro hole enables convenient placement of the packaging on store racks and hooks. The print gives the packaging an individual character and enhances the brand's visual identity.

Our boxes are an economical and convenient solution with the option to order from a few to several thousand pieces.  

We offer cardboard boxes with print, produced on GC1 boards and on decorative papers with a weight of 200–400 g/m². These are lightweight materials, usually smooth and excellent for printing, ideal for small and medium packaging. Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approximately length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm. If dimensions too large or too small are entered, the calculator will inform you.

Ideal for packaging cosmetics, accessories, small electronics, and promotional gadgets intended for retail sale on racks and hooks.

Technical parameters of single flap boxes with hanger

Box construction

Construction glued on one side. Single flap box. The bottom part is closed with a lock. A hanger with a euro hole is placed on the back wall. The whole provides an aesthetic closure and facilitates the preparation of the packaging for display, and the hanger allows convenient placement of the box in standard store systems.

Printing technology

The calculator supports two types of printing technologies: digital printing on Ricoh Pro C9210 and offset printing on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-4 Anicolor. Both technologies ensure high printing precision, and the calculator allows comparison of both technologies in terms of available enhancement and finishing options. This allows the user to match the technology to the specifics of the order, taking into account the requirements for the print run and type of finishing.

Lamination: matte, glossy, Soft-Touch

Varnishing: selective UV varnish, 3D varnish

Metallic finishes: Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver

Personalization

There is also the possibility of personalizing the print with variable data.

Cutting options

Plotter cutting – for low volumes for short and medium series (without repetitions), test batch or prototype.

Die-cutting – for medium (with repetitions) and high volumes, ensures fast and economical production of a larger number of copies.

Delivery

Single flap boxes are delivered flat, glued on one side. 

Recommendations/notes

  • We recommend laminating prints on coated papers due to the possibility of cracking on creases. 
  • Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm.
