Our boxes are an economical and convenient solution with the possibility of ordering from a few pieces to several thousand pieces.  

We offer cardboard boxes with print, produced on GC1 boards and on decorative papers with a weight of 200–400 g/m². These are lightweight materials, usually smooth and excellent for printing, ideal for small and medium packaging. Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. length/width 150-180mm, height 50-90mm. If dimensions too large or too small are introduced, the calculator will inform about it.

Box construction

Non-glued construction. Folding is done by appropriately bending the elements and locking them, which allows for a solid and aesthetic form without the use of glue. The box can be opened and closed multiple times while maintaining its impeccable appearance. Ideal for presenting and packaging products where the first impression matters. This box model corresponds to the standard construction found in the industry catalog: FEFCO 0416

Printing technology

The calculator supports two types of printing technology: digital printing on Ricoh Pro C9210 and offset printing on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52-4 Anicolor. Both technologies ensure high printing precision, and the calculator allows for a comparison of both technologies in terms of available enhancement and finishing options. This enables the user to match the technology to the specifics of the order, considering the requirements for print run and type of finish.

Varnishing: selective UV varnish, 3D varnish

Metallic finishes: Liquid Gold, Liquid Silver

Personalization

There is also the possibility of personalizing the print with variable data.

Cutting options

Plotter cutting – for low volumes for short and medium series (without repetitions), test batch, or prototype.

Die-cutting – for medium (with repetitions) and high volumes, ensuring fast and economical production of a larger number of copies.

Delivery

Non-glued boxes with a lock are delivered flat. 

Recommendations/notes

  • We recommend laminating prints on coated papers due to the possibility of cracking on creases. 
  • Due to the properties of the cardboard, the maximum dimensions of the packaging are approx. 140 mm in height, 60 mm in width, and 120 mm in length.
