In recent weeks, we have launched a new device in our print shop – the AstroJet AJ-800 from AstroNova. This is another step in the development of our offer and at the same time the opening of completely new possibilities for marking and product personalization.
The new machine enables full-color printing directly on various types of absorbent substrates, such as paper, cardboard, or certain textile materials. It supports materials up to 430 mm wide and substrates up to 15 cm thick, which allows us to print not only on sheets but also on finished products and packaging.
The first result of the implementation is the ability to print on ready-made die-cut boxes. We already offer a wide selection of packaging, and our assortment will be gradually expanded. Thanks to direct printing on the box, customers can order short runs of promotional, product, or shipping packaging without the need for large production volumes.
This is just the beginning. In the next stages, we plan to combine printing with the ability to order boxes cut to any size from our library of ready-made constructions available online. This will allow for even faster and more convenient ordering of personalized packaging.
The new technology also paves the way for many other products. Our plans include, among others, paper bags, fabric bags, tags, advertising stands, mouse pads, coasters for mugs and beer, as well as many other promotional and utility materials. We are also open to our customers' ideas. If you are looking for the possibility to print on an unusual product or have your own idea for a personalized gadget, or if you would like to carry out printing on supplied material, we will be happy to check if we can realize it.
We have introduced the Neon LED solution to our offer, which enables the implementation of graphic designs in the form of illuminated light elements.
The technology is based on flexible LED lines that reproduce the shape of the prepared vector design. Proper file preparation is crucial – the course of the lines determines the final visual effect. The rest of the production process is carried out on our side.

Another addition to our ranks is the RICOH Pro™ C9210, the flagship digital sheet-fed machine. The innovative printing technology applied to this machine translates into best-in-class resolution of 2400/4800 dpi, allowing for high-quality prints comparable to those obtained in offset printing. Hence, offset printing may feel threatened ;-) And that's not the only advantage of our RICOH... The RICOH Pro™ C9210 handles a wide range of media, from smooth to textured, up to a weight of 470g/m2. By investing in this energy-efficient machine, we also hope to minimize the impact of energy price increases on printing costs.
Listening to our customers' needs, we have modified the large format calculator. There is no need to select a technology. The calculator selects the optimal technology for the chosen material. Thanks to the capabilities of our latest Canon Colorado 1650 machine, we have added the option to choose the type of matte/gloss printing for materials such as: self-adhesive foil, backlite, block out. We also added services of sticking on KATZ cardboard.
The award-winning Arizona 135 GT flatbed printer has joined our large format machine park. Thanks to VariaDot technology and LED UV light curing, we can create durable, defect-free products on various media, in excellent quality. Thanks to the energy-saving curing technology, the plotter is also more environmentally friendly.
