Our boxes with sleeves offer a unique solution that combines aesthetics with practicality. Made from corrugated cardboard in white, gray, or black, they ensure durability and stylish presentation. The sleeve, being a key element of the product, gives the boxes a unique character, highlighting their contents.

Standard sleeve designs are crafted to cover the entire box and easily slide along the longest side. This allows us to offer quick and convenient solutions tailored to various needs.

For more demanding projects, there is an option for custom sleeves, which can be shaped according to the Client's expectations.

Available in various color variants, the boxes and sleeves are an excellent solution for both product packaging and creating attractive advertising presentations.

Technical parameters of Boxes with sleeves

Material:

  • We manufacture boxes from three-layer corrugated cardboard, white on one side, E-flute (microflute), thickness 1.6 mm, grammage 400g/m2
  • Sleeves: standard is one-side coated paper 250g/m². 

Standard sleeves:

  • Cover the entire box, applied along the longest side.
  • Templates available for download in the “How to prepare” section or in the calculator.

Custom sleeve option:

  • Possibility to prepare sleeves with non-standard width or shape.
  • Condition: the design must fit within the standard template for the given box.
  • Function available in the calculator as “Sleeve of any shape.”

Delivery and storage:

  • Boxes and sleeves are delivered flat.
  • Sleeves are creased and glued, ready for quick assembly.

How to Prepare Files for Boxes with a Sleeve

Standard Sleeve

  • Download the appropriate template and design the print and finishing file based on it.
  • Depending on the order, prepare one or two files:
    • 1 file - if the sleeve is not finished.
    • 2 files (or one two-page) - if there is finishing with UV varnish, Liquid Gold, or Silver.

Non-standard Sleeve (narrower / any shape)

  • For non-standard shapes, it is recommended to download the standard sleeve template, which will help in preparing your own design.
  • Template modification:
    • Cutting lines - modify them so that the new shape fits within the standard template.
    • Scoring lines - do not change their position, you can only shorten their length.

The order should include a graphic file along with a cutting template for both the sleeve and the box.
