Single-sided DiBond light boxes with milled graphics:
- Smart, sophisticated casing made of 3 mm Dibond plate, UV and corrosion resistant.
- Compact structure – the light box consists of a stable, integral case that is ready to be installed on the wall. Light boxes mounted on the wall using screws installed under magnetic plugs can be integrated into longer structures consisting of several units.
- Weather-proof (fit for indoor as well as outdoor applications).
- Light boxes can be ordered in two variants:
- Variant 1 – mounted on the wall using screws. Very quick and simple installation on the wall through 4 holes that are hidden under 4 magnetic plugs located on the front panel of the light box (a sucker to remove the plugs is included in the kit). Plugs match the front panel of the light box in colour and shape, which makes them invisible from a few metres away. For a close-up view, please see the image below.
- Variant 2 – mounted on hooks, it requires a precise positioning of holes for the hooks on the wall and needs additional security features to prevent unauthorised manipulation and to protect it from strong winds (for placement of locking pins see the Mounting Instructions link). Each light box is supplied with templates facilitating hole marking.

Kasetony można zamawiać w dwu wariantach:
- Wariant 1 - do mocowania na ścianie przy pomocy wkrętów.
- Bardzo prosty i szybki montaż na ścianie przez 4 otwory do których dostęp uzyskuje się po zdjęciu 4 zaślepek magnetycznych znajdujących się na czołowej płycie kasetonu. (przyssawka do zdejmowania zaślepek w komplecie), Zaślepki pod względem kolorystyki i kształtu są zlicowane z płytą czołową tak, że dla obserwatora oddalonego o kilka metrów są niewidoczne. Przy obserwacji z bliska ich wygląd przedstawiono na zdjęciu poniżej.
- Wariant 2 - do zawieszania na hakach, wymagająca dokładnego rozmieszczenia na ścianie otworów pod haki oraz wykonania dodatkowych zabezpieczeń zapobiegających możliwości zdjęcia z haków przez niepowołane osoby lub silny wiatr. (rozmieszczenie otworów pod kołki zabezpieczające pokazano w instrukcji montażu link) Do każdego kasetonu dodawane są szablony ułatwiające trasowanie otworów.

 Double-sided light boxes.
Light boxes can be ordered in three variants, depending on how they are mounted:
- Light boxes fitted at the side edge
- Light boxes fitted at the lower edge (pylon)
- Light boxes fitted at the upper edge (hanging)
Double-sided light boxes are designed to provide durability and resilience to wind load in accordance with standard PN-EN 1991-1-4 for the 1st category of wind load in accordance with standard PN-EN 1993-1-4.
Double-sided light boxes are supplied with two brackets for mounting.
Please note
If graphics on the opposite sides of a light box fitted at the side edge are different, please write a note in the order comments to explain how to place graphics on the different sides of the light box (for description see 'How to prepare').
- Mounting elements – Light boxes are not supplied with mounting elements (studs, hooks) because wall material and structure may vary. Light boxes can only be installed by qualified staff who can select appropriate elements suited for the wall intended for light box mounting. For the hook-mounted variant, select hook sizes listed in the Mounting Instructions of a length appropriate for the intended wall structure.
- Milled graphics lined with 2 mm opaline Plexiglass board. The following graphics options are available:
- White (opaline Plexiglass)
- Colour (opaline Plexiglass lined with translucent film). We use 4500 TF series Avery film for backlit signage
- Colour (opaline Plexiglass lined with translucent film and CMYK print or CMYK print only)

Grafika frezowana podklejana płytą pleksi opal 3 mm. Do wyboru następujące opcje grafiki:
- Biała (pleksi opal)
- Kolorowa (plexi opal wyklejana folią translucentną). Używamy folii do podświetleń firmy Avery serii 4500 TF.
- Kolorowa (plexi opal wyklejana folią translucentną i wydrukiem CMYK lub tylko wydrukiem CMYK)
- Kolorowa Efekt 3D - wyklejana folią do podświetleń
- Kolorowa Efekt 3D - lico z plexi czarnego (efekt Halo)
Efekt 3D uzyskujemy poprzez wklejenie do kasetonu standardowego litery/znaku wykonanego z plexi opal 10mm. W produkcie końcowym otrzymujemy element wystający 7mm ponad lico, dający efekt przestrzenności. `

Używamy diód LED najwyższej jakości, standardowo zimnych (min 7000K), na żądanie ciepłych - wszystkie wodoszczelne – IP min 65. Zasilacze są dostarczone oddzielnie, do zamontowania wewnątrz budynku. Standardowo do podłączenia zasilania dostarczony jest przewód dł. 5m przymocowany w środku długości kasetonu.`
- Size range:
- Smaller light box size: 400 – 1,050 mm (if plug variant is selected, you can build long structures n x 2.4 m wide)
- Larger light box size: 500 – 2,400 mm
- Thickness: 83 mm
- Very bright light, comparable with the competition's „Twice as many LEDs” option (LED strips with 9.6 W/m power, number of strips depends on the box size). 12V DC power supply – each light box is provided with an external power supply with power suited to the number of LEDs fitted in the box (the power supply is not waterproof; light boxes intended for outdoor use must have the power supply fitted inside the building).
- Waterproof light boxes suitable for interior and exterior signage.
- Frame colour – 6 colours to choose from: white, silver, black, red, green, yellow, blue with a matt finish
- Mounting Instructions included
- Optional (additional fee charged): hole marking template for hooks and screws (for light boxes mounted on hooks only, to facilitate and speed up the mounting procedure)

- Okres gwarancji wynosi 12 miesięcy licząc od daty wystawienia faktury.
- W okresie gwarancji D&D zobowiązuje się bezpłatnie naprawić produkt lub wymienić na nowy wolny od wad w wypadku wystąpienia uszkodzeń powstałych na skutek niewłaściwego wykonania lub wad ukrytych.
- Naprawy są wykonywane po dostarczeniu uszkodzonego przedmiotu do siedziby D&D sp. z o.o w Gliwicach.
- W przypadku uznania reklamacji D&D zobowiązuje się pokryć koszty przesyłania urządzenia do swojej siedziby i zwrotu do Nabywcy.
- W ramach gwarancji nie będą usuwane usterki wynikające z:
- użytkowania niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem
- niewłaściwego montażu
- niewłaściwej obsługi
- zasilenia prądem o napięciu innym niż stałe 12 V
- zdarzeń losowych, uszkodzeń mechanicznych i termicznych.
- Nabywca traci gwarancję w przypadku:
- podjęcia próby naprawy urządzenia we własnym zakresie bez zgody D&D;
- dokonania przeróbek konstrukcyjnych produktu;
- nieuiszczenia zapłaty za urządzenie.
