Custom-shaped lightboxes are produced using aluminum strips. Currently available strips and their sizes are visible in the calculator.
The maximum size of the lightbox is 1.5 m², with one side not exceeding 2 m. For a lightbox with a 2 m side, the other side can be a maximum of 0.75 m, while for a 1.5 m side, the other side can be a maximum of 1 m.
The side of the lightbox is made of precisely bent aluminum strip with a thickness of 0.6mm with a properly finished double-folded edge (DFT). The availability of colors depends on the selected type of strip - detailed options can be checked in the calculator.
The face is made of material that retains its color during the day while allowing illumination in the dark.

Installation requires disassembly of the lightbox (cover):

Strips are delivered from the manufacturer in coils, which may result in slight waviness on longer, straight sides (applies to rectangular lightboxes). In these cases, we recommend choosing (if possible) a strip in white or black color. This allows us to use a thicker strip, which is stiffer and less prone to deformation on longer sides.
D&D Sp. z o.o. provides a 12-month warranty for the proper functioning of custom-shaped lightboxes.

To take advantage of the warranty, the product usage and installation rules must be followed. All repairs should be carried out exclusively by D&D or authorized entities.
The project must include references (arrows) with a description of the foil number to clearly specify the colors of the materials used.
We use Avery series 4500 TF backlit foil – before designing, familiarize yourself with the available colors of this series listed in the “Available Materials” tab.
Upon the Client's request, for larger projects, we can use translucent foil from another manufacturer specified by the Client.

Full color printing can be used in combination with backlit foil or as standalone graphics.
