Creating PDF file with MS OfficeTo save files as PDF, you need to install the Microsoft Office 2007 Add-in: Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS. The add-in is available for download at www.microsoft.com. See here
To save your file as PDF, click the MS Office icon in the left upper corner of the screen and select: „Save as” , and then „PDF or XPS".
Next, you can select a directory and a file name. Check all the options marked in the picture below and click Options.
In the Advanced Settings window, check all the options marked in the picture below.
The appearance of the dialogue boxes may differ depending on the operating system, software and language version.
