Anwipor Light boards made from foamed PVC are characterized by regular inner structure with closed cells and smooth, hard surface with no pores.
Advantages:
• Low price
• Low density
• Very low water absorption
• Corrosion- and chemical-proof

• Easy mechanical and thermal processing
• Option of double side printing
Disadvantages:
• Soft surface
• As only one side is foil protected, slight dents and scratches may appear (smaller on foil protected, larger on the non-protected side) during transport or storage. After printing those defects become invisible from the distance of few meters.

| Kapa Foam Boards.
Light Kapa foam board consists of a polyurethane core in the network honeycomb structure and is covered on both sides with bonded sheet layer.

| White, Colour & Transparent Plexiglass
PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) boards belong to the hardest thermoplastic materials and are UV and weather resistant. Transparent PMMA is characterised by perfect transmittance of light at around 92%, while white PMMA has very good properties for the dispersion of light. Main applications: light boxes, advertising banners, lighting fixtures, decorations, doors, glass elements etc.
Graphics can be printed in the following manner:
• Transparent - 1x CMYK - Stained-glass-like effect.
• Transparent - 1x CMYK + WHITE - Standard print on white background in places with declared white colour, while the remaining elements remain transparent.
• Transparent for light boxes - CMYK + WHITE + CMYK - A WHITE layer is placed between two CMYK layers to disperse light. In this way the printed material looks like a standard sign during the day, but when backlit, it shows intensive, rich, eye-catching colours.
• White - 1x CMYK - Standard print-like effect on white background.
• White for light boxes - 2x CMYK - The printed material is darker without light, but when backlit, it shows intensive, rich, eye-catching colours. Intended for use in light boxes e.g. in shops and pubs.
• Colour - CMYK + WHITE - Standard print on white background in places with declared white colour, where all the remaining areas keep the plexiglass colour; WHITE or BLACK – this option is recommended for one-colour label print, for example.

| PENTAPRINT - white matt PVC foil - 0,5mm
Created in the process of extrusion foils made from hard PVC characterize with high chemical and UV resistance, optimal flatness, easy thermal forming and mechanical processing. Usage: labels,stickers, displays, adv signboards, calendars, price-tags, hanging boards etc.

| TUBOND 3 mm - (aluminium - polyethylene - aluminium layered board) white or colour
Light, stiff and durable composite boards for versatile applications. They consist of varnished 0.2 mm thick aluminium layers joined together by a low-density polyethylene core (LD-PE). The material is perfect for all kinds of advertising structures that need to be light, flat and stiff. With its weight of 3.5 kg/m2, it is nearly twice as light as 10 mm foamed PVC.
Available Tu-Bond colours (face/back): white/grey, black/silver, yellow/silver, red/silver, green/silver, blue/silver, brushed silver/ash grey, brushed gold/ash grey. If you choose to have a silver overprint, the colour at the back will be black.

| Tusand 10mm - (PCV-XPS-PCV)
Light, stiff layered boards consisting of two film-protected 1 mm PVC covers that are joined together by an extruded polystyrene (XPS) core. Thanks to its weight (only 2.4 kg/m2) and stiffness, it is used for installations of extremely large elements. It can be cut with a knife or milled. It was first used on a large scale in August 2012 as part of a retailer advertising campaign featuring two cooks. The material is perfect for stands, signs and hanging advertisements in places, where low weight matters.

| Transparent PET film 0.8 mm - (polyethylene terephthalate)
Thermoplastic polyester available in the form of transparent boards. It is very durable, hard, resilient, heat and chemicals resistant. It is used for the production of labels, stands, light boxes, poster protection elements and various advertising accessories.

| Transparent self-adhesive polymer film
Its properties and application are similar to monomeric films, but it is more durable and plastic. It can be applied on slightly dented surfaces. In case of monomeric films, a considerably rapid process of plasticizer migration causes film hardening and decreasing of its volume (shrinking), which finally leads to cracking and separating from the medium.
Application: day/night light boxes, stickers with white underprint, window pane stickers applied from the inside. For large light boxes, as compared to printing done directly on plexiglass, it facilitates shipment (transported rolled up) and reduces costs.

| Backlit Self-adhesive Film for Lighted Advertisements
70 micrometer, 5-year self-adhesive translucent polymer film. Intended for transparent surfaces. The medium is covered with 2 CMYK layers, which make the printed material darker without light, but when backlit, it shows intensive, rich, eye-catching colours. After UV printing, the film becomes stiffer, which facilitates application, and more resistant to scratches than solvent prints. It is also recommended for light boxes. For large light boxes, as compared to printing done directly on plexiglass, it facilitates shipment (transported rolled up) and reduces costs.

| Backlit film for light boxes without glue
200 micrometer polyester film coated with light-dispersing white layer. In the printing process, a double layer of ink is applied, making the printed piece slightly darker during the day, but showing intense, rich, eye-catching colours, when backlit. It is recommended for outdoor light boxes in shops and pubs or for frequently changed graphics in order to reduce costs. For large light boxes, as compared to printing done directly on plexiglass, it facilitates shipment (transported rolled up) and reduces costs.

| Birch plywood
BB-grade birch plywood 4 or 10 mm thick – high quality, sanded, with a few plugs and healthy knots, intended for varnishing and painting.
The plywood in our range is produced from top-quality birch wood. It consists of 1.4 mm veneers, positioned in a cross-grained direction. Thanks to the multi-layer structure and very good characteristics of birch wood, the plywood features perfect durability and long life span.
Available printing options: CMYK, WHITE + CMYK, WHITE, BLACK.
Application – indoors. For products where looks and a wood-like appearance count.

If requested, we can do printing/milling/cropping on media larger than those specified in the table, but not exceeding the maximum printable area of the press. If this is the case, however, the client must cover the cost of purchasing an entire board in the format provided by the manufacturer and ask for an individual price quote.
