Product Information | Stickers & Labels | Self-adhesive labels can be used in various businesses. Their main function is to convey information or advice, but more often than not, they are also used for marketing purposes to help a product stand out from the competition.
Available self-adhesive materials:
Self-adhesive paper
White glossy self-adhesive film
White matte self-adhesive film
Silver coloured film
Transparent film (CMYK print)
Transparent film (White + CMYK print)
Pulp-coloured film (Liquid Gold/Silver)
Finishing:
Depending on the type of material used, different forms of finishing / label surface protection are available: cold lamination with a polyester glossy laminate, hot lamination with a polypropylene matte or glossy laminate and UV varnish.
Labels are delivered on tubes, sheets or rolled up, with the option of removing trims (the redundant parts of the self-adhesive material). They can be used for automatic, semi-automatic and manual application.
Our labels can also be customised and every label can have different data.
Labels can be ordered in three variants depending on the complexity of trim marks: straight lines, basic custom shapes (rectangle, circle, ellipse, oval, triangle, rhombus, trapezium, regular polygons, polygons with rounded edges, etc.) and more complex shape labels, such as multi-point stars or labels with cut-outs inside. The price of these variants differs significantly, but we can offer you the best available solution according to your needs. Form of delivery:
- Labels on core tubes – for automatic or semi-automatic application (core tube – a tube made of thick cardboard with a 76 mm inner diameter). Labels are delivered on narrow core tubes with diameter corresponding to the label size and orientation. By default, labels are spaced 5 mm apart and the distance between a label and the edge is 4 mm on each side. The space between labels on the core tube can be customised. Unless this is in some way important for application, keeping the default, cheapest option is recommended. Labels delivered on core tubes can be applied using automatic or semi-automatic labelling machines. When ordering labels on core tubes, the price quote form allows you to define the winding direction and label orientation for correct application on the product. When placing your order, please pay special attention to the size of the finished piece, which is clearly defined by its width and height. In the price quote form, if you define width/height as 90/50 mm, your label will be positioned horizontally, whereas if you define it as 50/90 mm, it will be positioned vertically. For labels on core tubes where label direction and orientation are crucial for correct application, the width/height dimensions are of the utmost importance.
- Roll labels – for manual application. Labels are delivered on a rolled-up carrying band or, for larger quantities, as a 330 mm roll on a core tube.
- Sheet labels. This form of delivery is intended for small quantities, which cannot be supplied on a core tube. Delivery on sheets is also the only option for coloured films with Liquid Metal print and transparent film with White + CMYK film.
If you do not select a preferred form of delivery, the price quote form will choose the most beneficial option for you.

| Magnetic Labels | Magnetic film is a flexible plastic containing particles of magnetic material, so the film adheres to metal surfaces (e.g. fridges, cars, metal boards, etc.).
Magnetic labels are perfect as promotional gadgets and information or exhibition materials.
Magnetic labels have one important advantage over self-adhesive labels: they can be reused without any damage. PLEASE NOTE !!!In case of extremely low or high temperatures it is recommended to take off the graphics from the car surface daily to clean the surface. The range of temperatures for application: from -40 C to +70C.
| Additional Information | On the cutting edge magnetic foil can bulge slightly and rise a little.
When labels printed on Ricoh Pro C9210 are cut, toner can flake off marginally on the edges - labels receives very thin white rim - it becomes visible when dark colours are printed running off the label edges.
Non-laminated & non-magnetic labels laser cut. All others are trimmed with cutting plotter.
Labels and 3D Stickers have to be applied to smooth and degreased (with isopropyl alcohol, extraction naphtha, etc.) The minimal environmental temperature in which it is possible to stick labels and stickers 3D is 17 ºC. The glue requires at least 24 hours to achieve full adhesive strength, depending on the environment. PLEASE NOTE!We don't accept complaints like: „aren't holding on", „are coming off", „too weak glue” etc. We are making stickers for a few years on the same foil; in order to avoid any misunderstanding, please make a trial - the D&D customer service departmentis is sending samples of stickers, free of charge.
If your labels are intended for places prone to damage or wear, we strongly recommend that you order products with a finish. |
