Cardboard boxes | Single-side coating cardboard boxes 250 g/m2
(recommended solution for small boxes)
Boxes are made of single-side coating 250 g/m2 cardboard, with a colour CMYK print designed by the Customer. Overprint from the coating side.
Depending on the impression, printing of up to 100 sheets on the Ricoh, over 100 sheets on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52 - Anicolor.
Maximum size of the boxes is limited only by the size of the printing sheet with the dimensions of 322 x 484 mm, which must accommodate the cutting including bleed (2 mm).
Minimum box dimensions height 15mm, width 50mm, depth 30mm.

Cardboard boxes | Three-ply corrugated cardboard boxes with a thickness of 1.6 mm with a colour jacket made of 250 g/m2 double coated paper
(recommended solution for small boxes)
Boxes are made of three-ply corrugated cardboard with a thickness of 1.6 mm. Such boxes can be ordered only with jackets with a colour print designed by the Customer. The cover is made of 200 g/m2 double coated paper. The four cover folds and splicing are always made along the maximum side of the box. Depending on the impression, printing of up to 100 sheets on the Ricoh, over 100 sheets on Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52 - Anicolor.
Maximum size The maximum size of the boxes is limited by the size of a 1250 x 1050 mm sheet or a double 484m x 322 mm printing sheet, which must accommodate the cutting including bleed (2 mm).
Minimum box dimensions - box height at least 40 mm. Note that height is the dimension perpendicular to the box opening plane.

Types of boxes | You can choose from several types of cuboid-shaped boxes that differ in terms of how they fold and close. Available types are shown in the pictures below.

Cuttings are generated automatically when three internal dimensions typical of a box to be received after it has been closed are entered in the calculation and order form.
The calculation and order form returns a PDF file to the Customer with a box cutting necessary to create a graphics design.
PLEASE NOTE:When matching a box to a specific product, we suggest that you size it up and leave about 2mm of clearance inside.

Workmanship tolerances | The box workmanship tolerance and tolerance of graphics spacing relative to the box or sleeve is 1.5 mm.(plus/minus) |
Finishing | For the coated surface of 250g/m2 cardboard boxes and box sleeves made of corrugated cardboard, two options for the refinement of the surface with the print are available:
- gloss lamination
- matt lamination

Customizing | You can customize the graphics on boxes or wrappers based on a database annexed to the order, stored in DBF, XLS, CSV, TXT or any other format that can be imported by MS Access (database is not required when numbering, the scope of which is given in the order comments) |
Method of delivery | Boxes can be delivered in two forms, depending on the option chosen in the calculation and ordering form:
- die-cut and creased flat sheets with printed over from the coated side, for the recipient to splice and fold on their own.
- glued boxes are folded flat, convenient for transport, for the recipient to fold on their own
